Why can’t I use credit card to fund my account
As you may already be aware, the UK Gambling Commission recently announced that all UK gambling operators will no longer be able to accept credit cards from April 14th 2020 onwards.
As a Company, we decided to stop our acceptance of credit cards on 3 February 2020 to ensure that we are prepared for the change when it comes into effect.
For more information, please read the below link from the UK Gambling Commission’s website:
How can I fund my account?
For our existing users, you can simply switch to a previously used payment method or register a new payment method such as a debit card, PayPal or Paysafecard.
Simply select My Account > Deposit Funds > Update Method (or > Add Method) and then click on the method you wish to use. Click 'Confirm'
For your first deposit you will need to deposit using Visa Debit or Visa Electron. PayPal and Paysafecard is only made available once you have made your first deposit. Please note that for some users, Paysafecard can also be used as a payment method, though if you have been referred by a friend, or have not made an initial deposit, you won’t be able to use this.
Withdrawing funds to an active credit card
From 3 February 2020 you will no longer be able to withdraw any funds via credit card instead you can withdraw funds back to your nominated UK bank account.
To make a withdrawal simply go to My Account > Withdraw and enter the amount of fund you want to withdraw. The minimum amount for withdrawals via the My Account section is £10.
For any balances below £10 please contact our Customer Support who will be able to assist you.
