I’m having problems with the App, what should I do?
If you experience any issues loading our games through the App, we would recommend following the steps below:
1. Use Wi-Fi
2. Force Close the App and then reopen it
3. Clear your Cache
4. Turn off your device
5. Try our mobile site
Why should I use Wi-Fi when playing?
Using Wi-Fi rather than Mobile Data is recommended, as a Wi-Fi connection tends to be a little more stable.
We would also recommend you ensure your OS (Operating Systems) is up to date. To do this using an iOS device, simply select the Settings Application General Software Update.
To do this on an Android device, select the Settings Application About Device System Updates Check for Update Download Install.
How do I force close the App?
You can close applications by pressing the Home button two times quickly on an iOS device. This will show small previews of your recently used apps and you can 'swipe up' on each of these to close them fully.
To do this on an Android device, open the Settings Application Choose Apps Running Tab Our App Stop or Force Stop.
How do I clear the Cache on the App?
If you are using an Android device, you can clear your cache by opening your Settings Application Apps Starspins App Storage Clear Cache and Clear Data.
If you are using an iOS device, please go to our Menu and then select Settings Clear Data.
You can always turn the App completely off then turn it back on. This will clear the Cache and help resolve any issues on the games that you may have.
Why should I turn my device off?
Sometimes turning off your device and resetting your internet router for 10 to 15 minutes can really allow your device and internet connection to refresh and get back to speed.
Why should I try the mobile version of the site?
If you have tried all the steps above and are still experiencing issues, we would recommend trying to access the mobile version of the site through your web browser. This helps us to understand if the problems that you’re encountering are device specific.
