Removing Card Details
Can you remove my card details?
No, as an authorised card merchant, we are legally required to keep a record of any and all card transactions that we process, including card details, for at least 7 years. This is part of our compliance with EU Money Laundering Directives, as well as for auditing purposes.
Please rest assured that your card details are stored securely, in line with EU Data Protection directives. For more information on the security of your personal information please click here.
What should I do if I've got a new card or want to use a different payment method?
You don't need to remove a card in order to register a new payment method to deposit. You can simply add a new method in the My Account > Deposit Funds > Add Method section. We'd send withdrawals back to the most recently used payment method where possible, so the older card would just be on the system for our records. Find out more about adding a new card here.
Can I block a card I have already registered?
Yes, if you have registered a debit card that you no longer wish to use on site, simply contact our friendly Customer Support team and they can block the card. You will still be able to see it on your payment methods, but you would not be able to deposit from it anymore.
For further guidance, please contact your bank – Many high street banks now have the ability to block gambling transactions. We recommend contacting your payment provider to see if this facility is available. Please note that it is not available for all banks.
Currently, we are aware that HSBC, Halifax, Monzo, Barclays, Starling, Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland, RBS, NatWest, Nationwide and MBNA all offer this service to their customers.
